you matter ;

Your mental health matters. YOU matter. Regardless of what you may have been told in the past, or even what your own mind and feelings may be trying to convince you your mental health absolutely matters. That is why whether it is in my live streams, or through my community as a whole I try to create an environment where others can feel safe, at home, and most importantly never alone. This page is meant to be a place of encouragement with links to worldwide resources. While it is my goal to make the list as complete as possible it should not take the place of you reaching out to a local mental health professional in your area. No matter where you are, no matter what you may be struggling with take this as another reminder that you are never alone. You are worthy, you are loved, you are important. Don’t choose a permanent solution to a temporary problem.

Need help immediately?

In the U.S. call 911 or 988. Worldwide call your local emergency response number or you can find local crisis lines at Suicide.org or at FindAHelpline.com

If someone you know is considering harming themselves or contemplating suicide, do NOT:

  • Be judgmental, debate them or lecture them
  • Dare them to do it
  • Act Shocked or Scared – This will push them away
  • Allow them to make you swear to keep quiet
  • Disregard what they are saying

Things you can do to try and help:

  • Speak plainly and openly with them
  • Listen and allow them to express their feelings
  • Encourage other options available
  • Take action to remove immediate dangers
  • Encourage them to seek help from a licensed professional
  • Consider reaching out to emergency services
